If you were previously connected, but Rumbleship Financial has lost connection with your bank, please make sure to relink your bank account.
Here are a few reasons why someone may need to relink their bank account.
1. You have updated your login credential (e.g., username, password, etc.). In that case, please relink your bank. To do that, please log in your wholesale account and relink banking with your new username and or password.
2. Your bank recently updated multiple security settings. When either you or your bank update your account security settings, it may mean we lose connection with your bank. To find out more, please contact your bank's customer support. In the meantime, please check and or change the security settings in your online banking (or app) and re-link your bank. To do that, please log in your wholesale account and relink banking.
