Returns before payment is due

You can cancel a purchase (depending on supplier's return policy) before payment is due. Please reach out to the supplier and request a confirmation for return authorization. Once products are returned and confirmed by the supplier, Rumbleship will return your payment for the purchase. If you have further questions, please e-mail us at help@rumbleship.com (Subject: Cancel Payment). Please include your company name and phone number. Thank you!

Note, if the payment transaction is complete, you won't be able to cancel it. You'll need to contact the ecommerce supplier. Once approved for return, we'll refund the payment which takes 1-3 business days.
