Most common reasons why the micro-deposit verification fails.
We've found that the micro-deposit verification fails for three main reasons:
1. General technical issues. E.g., connectivity issues with the bank, unexpected error, and other similar errors.
2. The inputted routing and account number are incorrect.
3. The bank account that is linked is a savings account. We've found that most bank institutions will either not allow deposits into the bank account or will limit the number of deposits we can make. Please call your bank to find out more. If that's the case, please link a checking account.
